Terms of Service

Blockforge sells production-ready UI blocks, pages and tooling (builder, CLI registry, MCP server) for React, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui. Free content is available without an account; pro content requires a valid license.

Payment is a one-time charge processed by our payment provider (Chariow) — no subscription, no renewal. Your purchase email becomes your account: we send a magic link to sign in, there is no password. Keep access to that mailbox; it is your key.

Prices may change; the price you paid is the price you pay — license benefits (including future blocks) are not affected by later price changes.

If Blockforge isn't what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full — no questions, no hoops. After a refund, your license and registry token are revoked.

Don't abuse the platform: no scraping the catalog, no sharing registry tokens beyond your seats, no attempts to bypass license checks, no use of the service to build a competing block-resale product (see the License). We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with a warning first whenever reasonable.

We aim for the site, registry and MCP server to be available at all times, but they are provided without an uptime guarantee. Since your code is installed in your project, an outage never takes your existing work down. We may evolve the service; we won't remove content you've licensed.
