Acme started as an internal script: two engineers automating the part of their week they hated most. The script became a tool, the tool became a product, and the product became the thing we wish had existed at every company we'd worked for.

We're deliberately small. No growth-at-all-costs, no feature checklists written by the sales team — just software that respects the person using it, funded by the people who use it.
